St. Kathryn Cellars offers a series of varietal and fruit wines destined to be new classics. These high quality, affordable wines are produced in Palisade, Colorado by wine maker Fred
Strothman.
"Maintaining the quality of the grape" is the philosophy behind our grape wine making. We have worked with a gold medal winning enologist to maximize the potential of the grape: its rich color, fruity aroma and distinctive flavor. The wines are soft and friendly, some with just a nuance of oak so the taste of the grape is enhanced, not masked, by that of oak resulting in wines that any wine drinker would be happy with before dinner, with dinner or after dinner.
Our Colorado Country Wines are "fun" wines reminiscent of those grandma used to make. Taste the
award-winning strawberry-rhubarb, blueberry, apple or pear and recall the pleasant aroma of fruit orchards and succulent berries in the berry patch.
